Ciao, I’m Franco! As the son of Italian immigrants, I grew up in a home where food was more than just a meal—it was a celebration. We took pride in the art of handmade dishes, savoring every moment spent in the kitchen, crafting food that was as beautiful as it was delicious. My love for this tradition naturally extended into woodworking. I’ve always enjoyed tinkering with my hands, and I found immense joy in creating things that are both functional and beautiful.
With the support of my family and the encouragement of friends, I’m proud to open Noce Woodshop. Every project we make is a labor of love, just like the meals I grew up with. Yes I can add that if you like. I try to keep my packaging sustainable and reusable. I tend to add my own flair to my normal packaging as well.

The pasta boards should always remain dry. You shouldn’t have to wash them with water but a light wipe down is just fine as well.
My pasta boards are treated with natural oils and wax.
